Value Management, also known as Value Engineering (VM/VE), is a systematic method

to improve the "value" of goods, products and services by examination of function.

Design Charrette

A Design Charrette (DC), is an intensive planning session, where citizens, designers and others  collaborate on a vision for development of a project, process or service. It provides a

a forum for concepts to be developed and evaluated while taking into account design criteria, including requirements and desirables, while assessing the benefits and  impacts to owner and stakeholder

Risk Analysis (RA) includes the processes of  risk management planning, risk identification, risk analysis, risk response planning and risk monitoring and control. The intent of RM is to increase the likelihood and impact of positive events and decrease  the likelihood and impact of negative events in the project.

Business process improvement (BPI)

is a systematic approach focused on optimizing an organization's underlying processes by rethinking its' processes, management systems, organizational structure, work flow, and underlying assumptions and beliefs.
