George Hunter, specializes in the application of innovation and project assurance sevices that include value improvement practices, lean methodology, risk assessment, decision analysis and performance assessments to the  development, operation and transition of projects, products and services.  He leverages engineering and project assurance process knowledge to improve decision making for projects, programs and business decisions. George has extensive business experience in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia; raised in Latin America, he speaks, reads and writes English, Spanish and Portuguese.   George is a registered Professional Engineer in 3 states, a certified Project Management Professional (PM) and a Certified Value Specialist (CVS). George has a degree in Engineering.

Irani de Siqueira, directs P360’s Latin American operations. He has 35 years of experience of working with the Brazilian Federal Government and directing a research and development firm matching emerging technology/IT solutions with Brazilian and Latin American governments and business needs. His public sector experience includes tenure as the tariff governance specialist for the Brazilian Port Authority and as Director of the Ministry of Transportation. His combined public and consultant services rewards P360’s clients access to Latin American marketplace in terms of local, state and federal regulations and business environment. Irani has a degree in Economics.

Steve Hunter, is a business strategist with hands-on knowledge of business process improvement. He uses a variety of proven tools and techniques such as business performance management, process modeling and agile management techniques. He is an expert in applying enterprise architecture approach with practical implementation for business, data, application, and IT architecture. Steve's development of the EA WebModeler-Graphical Modeler enables graphical visualization and manipulation of models in the application of enterprise architecture. Steve has a MS degree in Software Engineering.

John Borza,  is an innovation consultant, with over 35 years of experience in R&D, Manufacturing, Value Engineering, Enhanced Brainstorming (TRIZ), Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A) and other innovation techniques. He has applied these techniques to automotive products, home care products, food processing, hospitality and the service industry. He is an Altshuller Institute certified TRIZ Practitioner, and a SAVE International Certified Associate Value Specialist (AVS). John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & MBA from the University of Michigan.

Cesar Queiroz,  is an International Transportation Specialist specialized in Procurement Models including Public-Private Partnerships (P3) , Performance-Based Contracts and Public Expenditure Reviews. He has extensive global experience; having worked in over 30 countries, from his 20-year tenure World Bank and experience with other Development Banks such as: IADB, IFC, USAID and the EIB. Cesar, a native of Brazil , has extensive experience in Brazilian transportation public sector. He has a PhD from the University of Texas at Austin, concentrated in transportation and speaks various languages.

 

Ronald Blok, is the former CEO of Rabo Bank experienced in global financing and business environments, that includes managing financial institutions in Holland, Germany, Poland, Singapore, England and Chile. As CEO of Rabobank NA from 2006 to 2013 he oversaw a 400% increase in bank assets through organic growth and acquisitions. His skill sets include international financing, economic analysis and business case analysis. He has experience in leveraged financing, mergers and acquisitions for corporate business clients in the UK and Europe. Ronald has a degree in Economics.
